@@SAM-sn7fp Bhai phir rate bhi nahi bdega kabhi 300-400-500 meter ki building koi nahi lega aajkal,floor wise system ho gya to jahtt se bik jayenge floor ,jo rate aaj independent house/plot ki hai vo floor ki hogi.gurgaon dekho 1.5-2cr me ab floor aate hai. Itne bde house koi nahi leta bhai,mehngai hai, maintenance me bhi cost lgti hai

Once I have visited greater Noida....I experienced that job growth is very slow. Second thing I noticed business activities are students based due to private colleges located there. Business base would be low budget. So it's very difficult to say about one should invest his/her one or two crores. Bcs 150_200m plots and house construction costs in sum of 2 crores. Not a wise decision.....jisne pahle le lia hai kam price me unke lie bhi acha ho skata hai.

Pradeep Ji, I am not a property dealer, I am a property advisor and consultant. Aisa nahin ki ki sachai batane se property nahin bikti. Sachai kadwi jaroor hoti hai magar jhooth se sachai bahut oopar hai. Agar mera maksad keval property bechna hota to din mein kam se kam 10 Builder ke phone aate hain lekin mein sachai nahin chodta.

Because the actual owner of the property is Greater Noida Authority. So, if somebody captures your plot you just complain it in the Authority then they will take care rest of the things.

दीपक जी, जब मैंने इस पर विस्तार से एक वीडियो बनाया है कि जो भी ये छोटे बिल्डर फ्री होल्ड प्लॉट काट-काट कर बेच रहे हैं, वो सभी illegal हैं। किसी भी प्रोजेक्ट में अगर RERA नहीं है तो समझिये कुछ ना कुछ गड़बड़ है। अब मैं सभी बिल्डर के प्रोजेक्ट पर वीडियो तो नहीं बना सकता।
