i also sold at 17% loss of 13k, first time sold any stock in loss, but it is ok, by your teaching i already earned around 2.5 lac so just gave back one portion of my profit back to market. But it was a good learning why invest 3-5% of total capital, i was following the rule but some time got tempted to break it because you never analyse a bad company but now seen benefit of the rule practically.

Delta corp management took the soft /easy option of interpreting GST law. GST is to be collected from clients making bets. Instead they paid GST on the income generated from bets. So Vivekbhai is correct in his analysis to say that this matter may not be over soon and that too in Delta corp favour. Thank you Vivekbhai for timely videos.

First time I am not agree with you Sir. Below is my reasoning, please comment if possible- I might be wrong but if we look at the investor portfolio then we can see that FII and DII has recently increased their holding in company. 60% is in strong hands so I think this GST demand will be voided. It might take some time and stock will be down more due to uncertainty. This GST demand is immoral and unethical as per my understanding because this judgement was recently introduced i.e. 28% GST on total token value. So even if rule is changed this should not be implemented since start. Revenue will be hampered in future but company will sustain.

It seems like a operator game bcz if we look the majority of the stake is in public hands,they just want to buy back the stake at the low level.this is a very panic situation and also company hasnt given any press release.something is fishy

Even after 4-5 days of this video, the support is not broken at 140 that means institutions know intricacy of the situation. That ridiculous tax demand won't stand in the court of law. Btw, I have quant small cap fund and it has not shed even a bit. It is still holding 1.32% of the portfolio as 4 days ago.

Bt Issue is time will pull the stock down.. till it gts a relief from court.. so btr to b away bt entry at lower lvl cn be good once it stabilizes. Bt yes, future is uncertain in 28 pct GST on gross revenue regime.
