So glad you have discovered Dr G. His voice just mesmerises me and this duet with Delta was just beautiful. The language is Yolngu Matha, an indigenous language from northern Australia. Delta did an amazing job learning the language . He passed away so it is traditio now to no longer say his name so he is referred to as Dr G now

In this song he invokes an image of a million square miles of empty desert that only Aboriginals truly understand, and, possibly, the Initiation ceremony they use. One man. One guitar. To open your eyes even wider, listen to him play Classical Gas. Yes, Deltra is amazing, one of Australia's Greatest treasures but to do a react for DR Gurrumul and focus on Miss Delta is a little off, if you listen to his voice alone, you will be able to hear atone like no other
