Well Friends Today i am going to share with you about Delta Plc DVP32ES2 & Hmi DOP-B04S211 Simple Reverse Forward Programming with Hmi.
So for this Purpose i have used as Input 4 Push Button Normally Open:
1st Push Button = X0
2nd Push Button = x1
3rd Push Button = x2
4th Push Button = x3
And after this output i used for 3 Relays 24 Vdc:
Relay 1 = y4
Relay 2 = y5
Relay 3 = y6
Pin Numbers for Communication plc to hmi via rs-485:
Pin 1 = +D
Pin 5 = GND
Pin 6 = -D

Only 1 question, If you are turning on lights by push buttons so its not through operating relay? & when you operate lights through HMI its working by switching Relays? Or through push buttons because push buttons are normally open contacts.

Lights working by relay, push button give signal to plc, hmi give signal to plc, then relay works with push button and hmi both.

hi Brother, I am a student and doing a college project. I am doing a small programming. I have cruzet PLC which have one ethernet connection. I want to connect one delta HMI and one PC based scada on that. Do I need a multi channel media convertor?

You have hmi also ethernet based? So Try use Router and network switch to connect them.

Hmi ho a plc dono k software ma offline simulation hoti ha. But dono ko seprate hi simulate kar k dekh sakhtay. konsa software ha apkay pass?

off line simulation you can only but plc se connect real plc hi hogi. offline simulation mean button check , which window opening and not like this you can check only.

I know offline simulation but i don't want simulation,i want practically design circuit in HMI software in laptop after that this circuit download in PLC , after that i want to see in real not in simulation. May be now you got me what i want. Thanks

No digital out put for analog we need external module to attach. For learning purpose go for S7-300 or Siemens cpu.

Brother Dop soft software ko online kar k, but apko plc to pc communication karna hoga then apka dop soft online hmi ban jayega.

Sir mere.pas hmi nahi hai aur dopsoft software hai laptop se plc ko chala sakta ho kase bataaye please glofa plc hai par commniction nahi hota hai

Dop soft ma Tiaportal jesa function nhi dekha ma ne , so hmi apko lena parega. for communication plc to Hmi.

All plc should accept all hmi because there interface will connect via rs232 or rs485 🙂

Nabeel offline simulation ma ap direct offline simulation se only hmi ki programming check kar sahtay windows changing button on off, but you can link that offline simulation with any plc. For that apko lazmi plc or hmi chaye communication k liye.
