Intellectual Property is reserved for technology and or something that is scientifically or artistically developed. A sorority is created, but it is not a product that is an intellectual property. Even if they have a copyright and trademarks, if the person denouncing the organization hasn't used those trademarks and or copyrights, that should not warrant any recompense.
