Agreed! That would be ideal had she been in a graduate chapter. But I think with her being undergrad, and still in the environment, she may have felt that she would need to denounce just as loud as she probated.
I truly believe this was planned because you come out after you cross, that means you came into the organization to publicly denounce the organization. Moreover, people usually experience their organization before denouncing it.
Intellectual Property is reserved for technology and or something that is scientifically or artistically developed. A sorority is created, but it is not a product that is an intellectual property. Even if they have a copyright and trademarks, if the person denouncing the organization hasn't used those trademarks and or copyrights, that should not warrant any recompense.

Well these young people aren't fully mature in the first place. They want to fit in and have selfish motives. They crazy for putting up with hazing. Denouncing is breaking away from it spiritually. He name would still be on the roll. How many people who claim to be Christians actually know what it means to be one. Especially at that age. It is idolatry in the end. I bought mine in brown biggest size. I dont like the idea of them making the upper side of the strap bigger now it doesnt stick with the flap skin cause of the size difference 😒 i thought mine had a problem until i saw yours
