Delta Talks #7: Current issues in the deltas 

For the seventh installment of the Delta Talks, the CGIAR Initiative on Asian Mega-Deltas (AMD) and Wageningen University & Research (WUR) presented a webinar on the studies on some of the most pressing issues in the deltas. The studies presented are 1) Land use change in the Mekong River Delta region, Vietnam under climate impacts by Phan Kieu Diem of Can Tho University and 2) Global saline hotspots and vulnerable areas to increasing salinity by Feroz Islam by Wageningen University & Research. A collaboration between AMD and WUR, Delta Talks is a webinar series focusing on the development and results of research activities.
