Bedanya di rpm dan torsi. Saya ada baca beberapa refeferensi beda penjelasan. Jadi saya belum bisa kasih pendapat mana rpm lebih tinggi dan mana torsi lebih kuat.
Hi, a very very good video and finally someone how explains and shows in a very simple way the delta and star (in the other video) winding, all my compliments. At least a beginner has a good base to start on without complicated diagrams from the professors
Perbedaanya bukan lebih panas atau dingin. Perbedaannya kalau delta rpm tinggi torsi rendah, star kebalikannya. Kalau lebih cepat panasnya atau lebih adem dari perbedaan besarnya kawat email yang digunakan. Kawat lebih besar rpm dan torsi tentu lebih besar dibanding kawat email yang lebih kecil. Kalau lebih cepat panas tentu desain bldc nya harus didesain untuk lebih mudah pelepasan panasnya, misal ditambah sirip2 pendingin dan kipas. Atau kawat emailnya didesain lebih tahan suhu tunggi alias tidak mudah terbakar.

@@ahmadmoeklis6127 8 kutub apanya ? Rotornya ? Pompa air kan kern/statornya 24 kutub, itu pke 16 kutub di rotornya. Lilitan satu arah. Bisa juga pakai 14 kutub, tapi beda lilitanya. Itu ada di video saya, coba dicari, mas.

Sorry I was too late to respond to your question. The more poles, the lower the rotation, but the greater the torque. The fewer the poles, the higher the rotation, and the torque decreases. For the type of connection is not much different. It's just that the star rpm connection is higher than the delta connection. So, for low rotation with large torque, it is more effective to increase the number of poles.

Hello, II was wondering if these bldc drivers are for delta or wye connections or do they run both the same? If the two drivers are different, how would I be able to know what is what? And how do I know if a particular motor is delta or wye ?

Belitan bintang lebih tinggi kecepatanya dibanding belitan delta. Even though the delta winding has a lower speed, it has stronger torque. If you want to increase speed, replace the diameter of the larger enameled wire.
@@YudiHermanto4H wait I got confused, I though star or wye is for torque and delta is for speed. My motor is in star or wye, it got good torque but slow in speed, my plan is to convert it in delta, but you said just replace the winding with thicker wires. Does it mean bigger wire in star or wye connections? Thanks for replying by tge way.
@@dingski_diy Actually the difference in torque or rotation at the star and delta connections, is not too much different. What is very clear is the difference in the number of poles. The more poles, the lower the speed, but the greater the torque. And vice versa, the less the number of poles, the higher the rotational speed, but the torque decreases. So, if there are many poles and you want to increase the speed, replace the larger wire diameter.
Iya, Kalau kawat dibesarin otomatis jumlah lilitan berkurang. Tapi paling tidak controller nya ikut di upgrade mas. Terutama spesifikasi mosfet dinaikan. Bisa ganti mosfet yang lebih besar atau mosfet ditambah diparalel.
Dibesarkan saja diameter kawat emailnya, jumlah lilitan otomatis jadi lebih sedikit. Kalau jadi lebih cepat panas itu wajar, tinggal proses pelepasan panas/proses pendinginan diperbaiki. Kalau brushless yang high speed rata2 menggunakan kawat email besar dan cepat panas, makanya bodi menggunakan aluminium dan ada juga yang menambah sirip2 pendingin.
@@efendiayik1769 sambungan delta rpm lebih tinggi tapi torsi lebih rendah. Sedangkan sambungan star rpm lebih rendah tapi torsi lebih besar. Lebih cepat panas dan tidaknya, setahu saya, pengaruh dari diameter kawat email dan suplai tegangannya.
@@MasterTv_777 Yes, the more poles the bigger the torque, but the lower the speed. Vice versa, the less the pole the smaller the torque, but the speed goes up.
