DeltaCAD Introduction Tutorial 

I've been using DeltaCad for better than 20 years. I'm self taught and haven't ever watched anyone else talk about it or use it. I've never used the node mode...what a time saver when it comes to dividing up a space! Thanks again from a fellow furniture/décor maker!

I know it’s been a couple of years since you posted this video, but I must say that it is still being appreciated. It helped me with my decision to purchase Deltacad. There’s just enough info here to get me started. I have a small machine shop/guitar repair shop in my cellar and was doing “old school” drawings to make parts and/or repairs. The Deltacad program has sped up the process and produces professional looking designs that are easy to create. Thanks for the great overview of this handy piece of software!

This is a great setup it's a lot less frustrating then sketch up is. I also think it would be better in the shop cleaner lines and bold dimension for cut lines. Definitely going to have to try it out. Thank you for the tutorial

Hope you are checking your mail. I just got the program and am struggling with my first project. I want to build a multiple guitar stand. I imported a jpg line drawing of my fender bass. How do I resize the imported drawing to reflect the actual real live size of the guitar? I want to use that drawing as a guide for drawing out this woodworking project. Thanks... BTW, I found your tutorial very informative. Gil

you're correct the program does have its own help menu, I did look at that menu and I found it to be absolutely no help, it tells you once again what the button does not how to do something. I understand what you're trying to represent in the video you are currently posting but next time if you really want to help some beginners do a video on how to proceed with a project how to scale items what you do when you move things around, how to move lines things like that, that type of help would be very good.

I guess when you posted this video you meant to give instructions on how to use Delta cad, however I watched your video and all you talked about was what you made. I don't believe you showed any instructions whatsoever on how to use deltacad, you showed what deltacad could do but you never showed how to do anything. I would suggest you start out by showing someone how to scale an object how to draw a line how to draw an object that would be very helpful that's why I watched your video so I could learn how to do that myself.
