I had a lot of fun with this one, the Chaos King is a really menacing character and his theme is great. It's not my fav from the OST, but I wanted to dip my feet in a little before getting into the songs I really love. Expect another remix on either Wednesday or Friday, or both! :D

Take Asgore instead of killing the humans he could have waited until they died of natural causes instead of murder and whipping up his people into a genocidal fehvor. He chose to give them hope derived from hatred and no amount of regret can justify that.

It's surprisingly refreshing to have a character in an Undertale game that isn't redeemable at all. He doesn't have a sad story or a soft side underneath, he's just a jerk motivated by hatred who can't be dealt with peacefully. Undertale mentioned at the end that "There are a lot of Floweys out there" and that not everything can be solved by talking, but it has never been showed like in Deltarune. If you think about it, he's probably the worst person from the two games because at least Flowey had trauma and was physically incapable of caring.

@@GachaMovieMaker-kj6ck Maybe I'm just a hopeless optimistic, but I think the only reason King was so... psychopathic... was due to the Knight's influence. They easily convinced Jevil he was in a computer game, driving him insane, thus it's not so ridiculous to think the Knight manipulated King into hating Lightners, whoever sympathizes with them, and anyone who stands in his way of exterminating them. Maybe, if the Card Kingdom is still intact after the Dark Fountain is sealed, we might get to see King in the Card Castle basement, and he realizes he was ridiculously wrong about the Fountain, has no (very few) hard feelings about their fight, and is perfectly fine with being imprisoned because he's so proud of his son being the new king. I did start my comment with "maybe I'm just a hopeless optimistic".

Due to how souls work I think Spade King would knock out Asgore in a single hit. Unless Asgore was protecting Kris/Frisk or something. And even then, Spade King's trick towards the end would probably work on Asgore.

@@tylerslagel5485 I guess we've never really seen Asgore fight an adult before. And he did vow to "destroy humanity" once he had all the souls. But well... he could've done that with a single soul. And I think that's part of why Toriel is mad at him, sine he's sitting on his throne killing kids when he could go out and take out Asriel's murderers. So I feel like he's probably all talk about that and probably doesn't want to actually fight anyone.

@@Honorarificus I don't get why King being an adult here is a factor. He's not human, so he doesn't have the soul that makes him nigh indestructable to monsters. King is a monster too. He has no human soul benefits. You would need more than one soul to kill all of humanity. One soul's only enough to guarentee a village. Not the entire global military force. Plus, he wanted to free the monsters first. It was basically barrier first, then humanity. Either way, seven souls were needed.

actually he is such a villian with understanding of emotions. YOu know normally you would expect these guys to be emontionless crazy things but he is an emotionless yet capable of understaing emotions type of person. He even fakes regret and tricks them into healing him. Basically he knew they wouldn't attack him if he used Lancer, not like he would really throw him. But who knows, maybe he is THAT bad.

I actually really like Spade King Now before y'all get on me on how terrible of a character he is and that he's abusive and all that, hear me out I don't like him because he abuses Lancer or anything like that, I like him because he's a good villain He's a good manipulator, strong, able to get people to let their guard down, ready to use any means possible to get his way in the end, and has a badass design with an unconventional weapon Overall, as someone who often gets drawn to villains, a great character to play the villain role

With Asgore, he did evil things but he did it for his whole race, even if it was bad it ultimately lead to the Monster's freedom. The King in Deltarune is just an evil badass and I love it.

I know everyone is saying that King is a terrible father for threatening to throw Lancer off of a cliff, but as he said Lancer would have bounced. Even in chapter 2, it was said that Lancer is bouncy. Even if King had thrown him off of a cliff, he still would have bounced and probably wouldn't have been hurt. His dad seems like an actually good father and never actually put his son into any real harm because he knew that Lancer would have been fine. He only did it to try to stop Kris, Susie, and Ralsei. He has kingly duties to attend to which is why he also relies on Roulxs to take care of Lancer when he has to do something else.
