Just need to say man, your physique is absolutely incredible. Your passion for commentating on videos is simply unparalleled. You are so thorough, informative and educational. I have learned so much from you, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all of your hard work on your videos and for your fans. You are a legend! Thank you for all you do. Keep up the hard work and dedication. You’re my inspiration man.
I thank you very much for the motivation that you give me. I have multiple sclerosis but I do not let that deter me from working out which I have been doing for over a year until recently where it was that I tore my right rotator cuff. I am 48 years old. Over the past year I have been taking testosterone implants every three months. I currently fast twice a week for 24 hours to increase my stem cells to get back to the gym faster and to heal after a great workout. I am also taking collagen to assist in the muscle healing and tendon healing scenario. Finally I am also getting physical therapy as well as acupuncture with electric stimulus to increase my ability to work out. Thank you again for the videos and keep up the great work. Goddess bless you always brother.
Epic workout start to finish. I’m proud of your dad too. He’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. You’re living the dream my friend. Maybe some time you could mention your dads name. Total respect Wesley. Stay Golden!!
That's outstanding, your father involved with bodybuilding and doing it with you. I am chasing 50 as well and have been bodybuilding off and on for years, along with semi-pro American football, MMA and my USMC past. I got back in full force and hitting it hard since I retired from any football almost 2 years ago, gotta trim off this extra fat I put on for the line. It will be interesting to watch the progress. Give your dad the best of luck from me, I will be watching to keep myself motivated.
Thanks for the tip with the rear delts. While I was doing bench press i felt a little pain in my front delts. Abd now i realized, that it is because i don't train my rear delts at all.
Nice lifts bro, very motivating! I just started lifting myself and am covering the progress. My goals are to squat 200 kg 3 x 5 and bench 150 kg 3 x 5 within two years. Is it possible? Peace
You should aim for 8-12 reps for 4 sets for muscle growth and you'll get a better pump. Lifting heavy for few reps can cause an injury long term. Bodybuilders train differently from powerlifters
bernie Mac Hey thanks for your reply! My goal is not to look lean or muscular. My goals is to bench the 150 kg 3 x 5 and squat 200 kg 3 x 5 I dont know to much about lifting but would think that my goals are more towards powerlifting than bodybuilding. I will be covering the progress if your interested. Thanks so much for your answer! Peace
Some people may require more volume and variation in exercises in order to attain the roundness in the delts rather than rely purely on 1 given exercise
@@trance_bodybuilder7021 Prove it! What's the science? If you mention a bodybuilder and not a bio-mechanic then you are only believing Bro-Science!! The fact that someone has good delts is BS! Why because they do many exercises that hit the delts other than a side lateral raise. Also on the topic of delts, a front raise with the palms facing down is also not optimal. There is no doubt that a combination of all these exercises build muscle, but they are not optimal and in some cases dangerous! Why not just do the most optimal and proven scientifically exercise and therefore workout? Just look at old Arnold doing front dellt raises, total BS! Why, because there is no resistance above the shoulder on the front delts. Arnold is not the average guy, so why do you think you will get the same results?
@@davidbanner9001 Arnold may not have been the average guy, but he would allegedly achieve more from a single set of 1 exercise compared to someone else's entire workout. Also, how would you know if somebody is giving everything they've got into 1 single exercise-it's more common now for people to utilise multiple different exercises in order to achieve the same stimulus required to build muscle with a reduction in training intensity to compensate for the total amount of muscle hypertrophy. At the end of the day, you have to see what your body is capable of managing in terms of flexibility and mobility, & 1 exercise for a particular bodypart may not be sufficient to some people regardless of its effectiveness, especially when it's a lagging bodypart.
Wesley, can i ask, what back exercises or rows do u do to work your rear delts? My Rear Delts are really lacking even if i do rear delt flys or cable rear delt flys. Hope to get any answer from you and from any folks who can help with any tips, I would greatly appreciate it!
Eat and train consistently, avoid injury, & stay natty for as long as possible. At 15, I was still doing whole body splits x3 a week. There is no “best” training split though. It’s all about how your muscles recover. When they’re ready to be trained again... train’em!
Hobbit Hubby Im not planning on taking roids but the only thing is my body is so used to training hard and long I never feel the effect of the session due to training fitness since age 3 with boxing and karate it’s hard to get muscles to fail as I train light
