Side Dumbbell Lateral Raise
6+ sets - 25, 20, 15, 15, 12+ reps
Incline Side Dumbbell Lateral Raise
3 sets - 12 reps
Wide-grip Upright Row
3-4 sets - 15 reps
Reverse Dumbbell Flyes
4 sets - 25, 20, 15, 15+* reps
*last set use grip parallel to upper arms (row)
Seated Face-pulls
3 sets - 20, 15, 15+ reps
*use a resistance band instead when at home
Barbell Shrugs
4 sets - 10 reps
*last set use less weight and rep out 15+ reps
