I totally get it. I have been in a group of "single" mother's who just got obliterated drunk and talked about how they used their ex husbands child support money to buy expensive lingerie to wear for all the men they are sleeping with now. I dont follow football, cant stand it, these are just some datapoints i collated from a quick google search on the topic, but to give you fair do's you werent far out, just the estimate was a little on the low side, which im sure her stated count is too, heyoooo!, tho id be willing to bet she hitting my numbers in a week or so.

In my experience, I became very attached to the kids like they were my own and in the end (in both cases) the ultimate decision was zero contact with the child. It really sucks when you lose two kids but they didn’t die, you just don’t get to see them anymore… so I will not be going through that ever again. I've seen sites where women argue that the man should also pay for makeup, salon appointments, and the time to 'get ready', under the argument that all these things are being undertaken to please the man and wouldn't be done otherwise. There is a kind of logic to it. But if it were a consistent logic, then the woman would also have to pay for the man's grooming and time at the gym, if those are factors in her choice, and likewise a man who just said 'come as you are and go ahead and bring the kids' should go for free. And I don't think most of these women would agree to that. Instead, I think most of it comes from the 'I am the prize and you should have to work to earn to be in my presence' direction of thinking, which is appealing to men less and less.
