100k units were launched last year and 120k units on track this year -( 4K handed over in units In just June 2024- ) . So there will be acceleration of handover from circa 30k units last year. You need to look at offplan launch numbers which there can be an imbalance next year ….. ….It’s not rocket science just like when you know when it’s time to go to the barber , and yes you do need a barber then :-)
@@arsalanmustafa1563 yes 100k units launched but not all are getting delivered in one go. These 100k units are to be delivered over 3 years plus there are always delays and that’s what I am explaining that the launches which have happened are in sync with the target. Delivering projects is not an overnight job takes minimum 2-3 years. Plus we need more units to get handed over so rents can cool off because to attract more people you need to make sure the city remains affordable so I don’t see anything wrong in it. Markets need to stabilize and that can only happen if more properties get handed over
