The Simon joke was all in good fun... they're kids r u really gonna take them seriously? The Demi joke was awesome to, I'm glad someone finally threw some garbage right back at that spoiled brat... after all the times she cries and throws insults at Simon Cowell, this was a win for humans around the world.

The thing about the annoying juice is so horrible. Why would they bring that up, you could see how hurt Demi was & what the children think about Simon. This show is so mean at times.

She was kind of asking for it with her big mouth. I only see people commenting on how things were not okay towards her but she has deliberately tried to get on his nerves throughout the entire season. If you can't take shit then don't give shit. He was never this rude towards Heidi for example. With Demi you can feel she is trying to low-key insult/hurt him.

For all saying it seemed the banter dropped off near the end (from part 4 I would say), do remember it wasn't just Demi who looked genuinely pissed, but Simon too. The clips at the end of this video were fucked up, for both of them. You don't bring up jokey versions of previous addiction, and you don't get a new parent to think badly of themselves before they've had a chance...not okay.

Jesus that annoying juice thing was not cool man. She had drinking problems in the past. And you can see that when the video finished she was trying to look happy and slime but she actually called it fucked up at 6:40
I mean, to be fair, both of the videos were really fucked up. One was basically telling Simon his son was gonna hate him, and the other alluded to Demi's drinking problems in the past.

+Mist Sparkles Also, they need to realize that they're judging the contestants on their performance because that's what judges do. And honestly, there are some people who are actually tone-deaf where if they may hear/think a performance is good and sounds incredible to them, it could easily sound awful to the judges. And they also need to realize the feedback the judges are giving those contestants is constructive criticism so those contestants can work even harder towards their craft esp. if this is something they truly want and they'll work extremely hard for it and actually take in the feedback that the judges give them.
Making fun of someone, who is about to have a child is and most effeminately very stressed about it, about what kids think of him, is NOT cool. So is making fun of someone who had previous drinking problems, especially because you can see they were both very hurt about it.

@@shaniliss5701 I totally understand you about the whole drinking issue which definitely crossed the line on their part because that's not something that should be joked about. But on the other hand, both Demi and Simon whether on the X Factor or not; the two of them continuously joking around is how they "bond" with each other. They've teased each other more than once on that show. And when they banter, it's hilarious in my opinion, especially when Demi starts laughing. I don't know why, but I always get giddy over Demi's laugh. But I also love the fact that she gets feisty with him too. There was a clip I watched where Demi said to Simon: "You interrupt me all the time, so don't expect me not to interrupt you." or at least something like that as they're judging. And there's been an interview or 2 with both of them in it where they tease each other in the interview as well. I'm not positive, but I think one of the interviews they had together was when the host of show brought up Demi consistently falling on-stage & a couple of the ways she had fallen looked like it hurt. 1 of those was when she was running on stage and then fell kind of near the end of the stage probably towards backstage or something...and the other one that looked like it hurt was when she was singing "Cool For the Summer" on a Platform, let alone in heels. She practically fell flat on her face, but I'm glad she was able to get up and then her reaction after that was to just jump in the pool.

Okay. The whole: let’s show kids of Simon being “mean” and then show Simon their reactions” was a jerk move. Simon is rough on people. But sometimes he just says stuff that’s right that no one else has the guts to say. And also, being mean and judging people is his JOB lol 😂
