they’re clearly practicing and looks like they’re getting better every time they sings. looks like they finally learned how to user their mixed voice with a more “heady” tone, it sounds great and it’s helping to get to these extreme highs, while also being more healthy on the long term! this is a great example of seeing what’s wrong with your technic and start over. probably their next step is to bring even more balance and control, keeping the notes clean and healthy is a good start, but there’s still some strain on notes that they’ve always been hitting consistently, so probably it’s the nerves or something to do with the body rather than lack of training or physical capability.
Demi was born a total vocalist! I could swear on anything that they're one of the best and greatest musicians of our times. They didn't struggle to reach the Bb5 like they used to in the TMYL era. I hope baby gets a good time to rest that beautiful voice to keep blessing the world with it. Love seeing her happy and enjoying what she does.
I'm shocking with this like I always feel like she have had a hard time lately when it comes to high note but this live was slay yang!!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
It is great seeing such an improvement in her vocal range and ease but, I’m worried that this is not sustainable. High notes used to be special and impactful. Now, they are everywhere. Too much for me.
It’s because of the genre she now sings in. Rock genre is fundamentally loud with heavy instrumentation so if you want to dominate the music you as a singer gotta be loud as well. When she was singing pop music, the high notes felt special because the music builds up to them
I'm also pretty sure this was part of a one-off festival. I'd never expect for her to sing like this on tour....I fully agree that wouldn't be sustainable. The Holy Fvck tour was a rock your, but it didn't go anywhere near this hard vocally on most songs.
@@a.a7931 what do you mean that “they are everywhere”? Other than Ariana Grande there is not much high notes in pop music today. 90’s was the time where high notes TRULY everywhere with so many vocalists like Mariah, Celine, Whitney etc. Today you no longer see many high notes. So you are delusional and just want to hate for no reason
The ease is insane. But I just wish she wouldn’t sound so screechy and thin and sharp. Her vibrato is SO sharp and pitchy and her belting sounds screamy and it’s such a shame because she’s so talented.
I won’t say “major” pitch issues. It’s not like she’s flat out under or above a note, just a little under or above a note. And these are new note changes give her a couple more concerts and these issues will disappear
@@Cfts22it is definitely major. Her vibrato is crazy sharp and her agility is very bad. And she is always flat or sharp when she’s not singing high notes.
I wish she just hit the regular notes instead. why always go higher? its not stable most of the time. it sounds off. I prefer a great high note. pitch perfect. than a higher note thats flat or off.
it's stable most of the time what are you even hearing.. the lows and mids were the unstable ones because of all the running around and overstimulation
It’s actually the first time she’s actually held a stable bb5 and that’s improvement in her range because she couldn’t do it before. She’s in her prime for sure
@@mikemoffett6499 you are right. but she went higher. she didn't need to. I hope you know what I mean. she's in her prime. but we don't expect her to go higher. the high notes are already difficult as is but she can hit them now. and it sounds beautiful. I just don't like the extra. if she goes higher its going to sound off.
I don't have a professional ear, but is it just me or do the high notes from G5 and above sound very, very strained and just not pleasant? I love demi, just wondering how does it sound to someone with professional ear
Her range is better than ever, literally unbelievable, but however, her pitch is an absolute mess. Also her tonal quality has deteriorated to an extent, she sounds more whiny than the TMYLM era.
