I already did a demo of the Solid Studio, back then with the Boss Katana. As I was searching for an IR loader for my bluguitar Amp1, I remembered how good the NUX was and decided to buy it for recording.

Goede video DutchGuitarDude👌🏻. Ik heb even een technische vraag. Zou ik de line out van mijn Blackstar HT5R 5 watt buizencombo aan kunnen sluiten op mijn NUX Solid Studio en de combo zo gebruiken als preamp voor de NUX Solid Studio?

The IR's that comes with NUX are good too, i have used them and been happy, i have just replaced the JC 120 with one Marshall 4x12 iR, bu all the others i have kept. To clarify, i have used NUX Cerberus as a IR loader but i assume Solid Studio has the same IR's

I think so yes. So the onboard irs are quite good, I already did a demo of those. But i just really need 2 good cabs, a 4x12 and a fender type. So i searched on the web for a few

Hi man great video as always, i just want to ask you one thing please, do you think that the power amp. simulation in the Solid Studio makes a big difference over the Mini Studio that doesn't have it ? i don't know which one to buy. 😎 Thanks a lot.

Great! How did you run the Bluguitar, send out or speaker out to Nux?

Yes speaker out into nux. I keep the volume low, about 2 to 3. Too much volume might hurt the nux

Hello, nice video! I have a question, how do I wire Solid Studio to a combo amp if it doesn't have a send/return? Or is it then not possible to use Solid Studio? Regards low6581

You can use speaker out but on really low volume. Too loud might hurt the solid studio

I noticed that after a while the sound become dirty and you realize this on the clean channel of the Amp1. It’s very crunchy and there is no settings that help. Have you had the same experience ?

No I don't have that. Clean volume maximum on 6-7, master volume about 5
