Phoenix radios are junk and trying to get support is impossible, they wont communicate back.

How long does shipping take for these radios? I just ordered mine 2 days ago, so I'm just wondering.

Hi I have one installed in my 08 cadillac escalade ext. How would I change the home screen truck to a EXT model or maybe change the truck to a different image or color truck.

I have purchased this and installed it, but the buttons for volume on the steering wheel do not communicate with the head unit. It still changes the volume, but not on the head unit. I would assume this is because of the Bose amp. Any fixes?
