Agree. My friend has this and did covers of BILLIE JEAN, CROCKETTS THEME. And RHYTHM IS A DANCER on it. That had people saying NO WAY. They were done on that synth. It's a wolf in sheeps clothing it really is. The bass it can put out when programmed PROPERLY will challenge any analogue synth.

500ms or more would have been a sweet get on this synth.

I wouldn't pay more than $300 in near mint condition all in with shipping and original manual

Glad you enjoyed the video, Eaglechild. Can't go wrong with the YS200, but the DS8 seems to be an intriguing option as well.

Get the YS200 and study it like a science class. It's awesome once you learn to program it.

But you can't really program freely in the YS series, it's easy FM

Ebay and Reverb list the YS200 for $200-$300 in good condition.
