It was neither a burn nor a gaffe; he meant exactly what he said when he said "truth over facts." All this talk of "living your truth" regardless of, for example, biology vis a vis gender identity? This is a natural evolution of that thought process. Someone can come to the decision that they are not the gender they outwardly appear to be, undergo various processes / procedures, and emerge the opposite gender. The truth that they decided on becomes more important than the fact of being born XX or XY.

Not to be contentious, but why is that such a big deal? He's supposed to remember every event to the extent that he can just boom remember where he was living, what his job was, etc. etc.. If you asked me where I worked and so forth when I went to the MN State Fair back in 2000, for example, I certainly would have to think about it and maybe consult some kind of records. Everyone is so hard on him, but sorry, he's likely, unless he has a damn stroke, to do well in Iowa, and then South Carolina, and--in case you've never been through this before--he could very well end up the nominee. So how about not badmouth him (sorry to you specifically, A.I., not aiming that at you, but there are many), show some respect, us old geezers and gams are not disrespecting the youngsters in the field. Infighting is only helping sway some middle of the roaders--who don't like Trump, but will tire of the endless arguments over Health Care, and the aggressive attacks (Biden too...from him and against him, either way). Sorry, said my piece to try and defend Joe, wish the media and comedians didn't have to concentrate so much on his gaffes, he's always done that, part of why I love him.

While we can't make blanket statements and say every slip is a freudian slip... the stacking evidence plus the similarities regarding "truth vs facts" nomenclature speaks volumes for me personally. I have been a professional for a long time yet never in my life have I thought to claim a project or something I did not do. To confuse the truth from reality to me is another indicator of a pathological liar... I don't mean that in a cruel or dramatic way but in the sense of an indicator that he may lie so often he doesn't remember what is true and what isn't true. He thinks if he is charismatic enough he can smile his way through lying. This type of politician is no longer welcome in my world. I completely understand messing up when you're nervous but this feels very different. I'm not set in stone on my opinion but this video definitely changed my opinion of him and put me on high alert. For the record: I am independent, central but left leaning and was 'forced' to choose democratic.. but I have not decided who I am supporting in the primaries yet much less the Presidency.

Also for people with disabilities, they too will have an option to get that $1000 a month but can opt out of they are getting more money from another form of aide if it’s more.
