Is ESG destroying American corporate culture?

What thing missing from today’s society is SHAME. And punishment obviously.

I see ESG has one of the top 3 biggest threats to our way of life.

When banks are closing people’s accounts for having different opinions is very scary.

What wasn't said on the show is ESG scores are tied to the interest rate on loans for each company. The companies rely on loans for salaries, inventory, etc. It makes such a big difference that Bud Lite thought it would be cheaper to take a brief customer boycott hit over their trans ad, than not do a trans ad.

I hope people realize the endgame is to make the actions of all these criminals in high places legal so that they go unpunished. It only takes convincing the public that the action is "normal".

America has deteriorated so fast it truly is scary as to what’s to come over the next couple years.

The scariest part of all of this is people are being forced to either adhere to this craziness or lose their jobs.

Such a disciplined and intelligent woman............one of my favorites to be honest, she gets what's going on in this country!

Ive been talking about since the early 2000’s. Low self esteem people need “attention”…. They will dress and act crazy for good or bad attention, as long as they get noticed. The more craziness we accept, the more normal the weird actions we will seem. Therefore, people will have to go to deeper and deeper extremes for attention. We need morals and people struggling need help through programs to build confidence.

I was so confused by crazy actions and decisions of corporations... then i heard details on ESG.... now i understand, and its deeply disturbing to see how far their tentacles reach. My financial company in South Africa has signed compliance with them!!!

We are loosing our minds.. in my opinion there is nothing normal about most of this stuff.. it very sad to see how these things are manifesting throughout our society..

As a survivor of SA, at the ripe old age of just 5, I'm still suffering with the PTSD it caused many decades later. The (emotional) pain and suffering is life-long!

When I was in 7th grade in 1967 they came to our school with a big anti drug program ! It was in the auditorium where they played movies , played Beatles music & had speakers ! The message was don't take drugs but taking drugs is exciting & fun ! It was a DOUBLE MESSAGE & we were CONFUSED ! It was not an accident !!!

Way more folks need to be putting out content like this, focused on DEI/ESG/CEI scoring and how it is affecting EVERY aspect of our current lives. Most are just showing some clips and the saying things like “Why is Bud Light doing this?” “Why is Ford doing this?” “Why is Disney doing this?”

I made the E7 list in late 2006 and pinned in 2007. When I got my sequence number, I was ecstatic. When a dear friend of mine didn’t make the list, it raised an eyebrow. I looked at his records and compared them to mine let me tell you what a humbling experience that was. He started his career in 1/75 and his deployments and awards, in addition to his excellent leadership style, made him a leader that other leaders wanted to be around and be like. We even joined the same month and year. Besides his amazing record, the other things that separated us was that he was white. Let that sink in people. The United States Army just promoted a less “qualified” individual. My sequence number was high so a CSM told me I was a secondary or tertiary look…because of inclusivity. GTFOH. I’ve never been so jaded, so much so that I refused to be at my promotion ceremony. I have a latino last name and slanted eyes. My da photo compared to his made me look like a BCT soldier (unforms), and I humbly admit that. Ladies and gents, meritocracy is over. Act accordingly. Edit: Also…there were about a dozen or so Soldiers on that list that got promoted who were KIA from years prior. I’m tired of this shit, I’m speaking out on all the inequality. Don’t get me started on the Masonic crap 🙄

The Corporate Culture is terrible.. I work for one of the biggest consulting firms in the world. its a DEI nightmare. Its not at all inclusive. Mandatory training topics on all the DEI-Social Justice topics is an absolute joke. quite frankly, Im embarrassed for our firm. We hire and tolerate such underqualified people

ESG is not going away. It is being embedded into private business guidelines. This is going mainline and will stay there, manifesting itself in different ways. Hiring, business practices, etc. The public can only vote with their wallets on certain ESG efforts that are visible to us. The rest of it? We won’t even know about and, obviously, have no say so.

My favorite Tulsi moment was her epic speech, taking us to school on the sad truth about Kamala Harris during the primary debates. It killed her presidential aspirations, yet still she checked a p.c. box and got hoisted into the V.P. slot anyway. I hope RFK wins and chooses Tulsi for VP, or Secy of Defense, or Secy of State. There are so many competent women of all races to choose for the top spots. Lets stop choosing based on pigment, or genitalia alone.

It doesn't just destroy corporate, it undermines American citizens right to vote on policies that affect them. They just go around and change things without letting people have any say.

Pat and Tulsi, if you manage to see this, the diversity training has been going on in jobs since the early 00's, at every big company I worked at they would have an inclusion and diversity training along with anti-union training videos. Then we have to be retrained on them yearly. Just to give you guys some info if you're looking to track down when this began or how it happened. You guys are great, thank you for everything you're doing for the better of the country, we really appreciate it.

What everyday people can do is to start having open conversations about this denigration of society in staff rooms , at family get togethers , it's that simple , and it builds from there , conversations become , actions , therefore legislation etc

Companies can not be forced to hire someone from every group just because the politicians want you to. It's your company. You hire those who are qualified for those jobs.

The SNL skit Tusli was talking about is called Levi's Wokes with Ryan Gosling. It's one of the best things they've put out within the last few years. The Mom Jeans skit is a different one from 2003.
