Per state law in Wisconsin and Nevada, the deadline to switch out Biden has passed. If they switch him out Dems lose the electoral college vote for those states automatically. The deadline for Georgia is less than two weeks.

They would have to enact the 25 th Amendment and the VP taking over. To get it started the VP and majority of the cabinet mist vote to remove him and the VP takes his place. The process can be drawn out with Biden contesting it. Which to overrule would require 2/3 vote by both bodies of Congress to be down with 48 hours later. Do you think the Republicans (at least in the House) are going to vote for him to be removed just so the Democrats can put a new candidate in his place. Especially considering how Dems treated Trump with the impeachments and the fact most Dems have known Biden has been this way for a while and let the admin run. The GOP have the reverse Uno card to play. The only real hurry now is the election. If Biden wasn't running the Dems would never, ever seek the 25th. In fact, his cabinet has to have known for while and yet has not done anything about it. I doubt you could get them to move on Biden now because there will be investigations afterwards if a 25th removal process is done. There are always investigations. And many people in power will probably have the light shined on them in a very bad way.
