DEMOing the whole property (Duplex Renovation pt 2) 

We bought a Duplex to househack. Before we moved into our side or placed a tenant, we spent almost 4 months renovating both sides. This video is the documentation of the demolition. We rented a 20 yard dumpster and filled it up with carpet, trim, cabinets, bathroom vanities, toilets, and much more junk.
