I love the recent videos. The pewpews, the storage units, everything. I love the switch up. Keep it up Rob 🤙🏼 by the way, I’ll catch up on all your videos after my deployment to Iraq 🔥🙏
The type 99 arisaka is one of my favorite rifles. Mine is almost in the same state as yours although the wood on yours is darker. The chrysanthemum seal was usually either scraped off by gi's, like you said, or the Japanese soldier did it himself to protect the honor of the emperor I believe. The ammo it uses, 7.7x 58 Japanese, is in my experience a soft shooting but powerful cartridge. Also the barrel should be chrome lined, one of the first military rifles mass produced with that standard. Also don't believe the people that say it'll blow up in your face (but always be wary of the wear of the rifle and it's chamber and barrels state), where that comes from is some gi's brought home training rifles that were meant to fire blanks, so when they put a round in it the chamber would be too small for the projectile and would blow up in their faces... Damn I'm a nerd
I own a type 99 arisaka early war rifle as well, its my favorite rifle. My grandfathers uncle brought it back and scraped off the chrysanthemum seal. Sadly when my grandfather got ahold of it he sporterized it and put a different style back sight, can’t complain though because he was the one who gave it to me before he passed. Pretty damn accurate rifle, nice range, and can take down a giant hog through its shoulder, so I say it can take most game in the US down. Sadly in the California getting 7.7 is a bitch. Stupid libs.
Toasty Muffin what??? Dude Rob always and I mean always uploads before Matt(DemolitionRanch), literally always. But if you watch off the ranch you’ll see that Matt is almost always ahead and he was he revealed Rob yesterday
I noticed you use demos out tro music. I recommend you put the music in quieter while you are talking for a little bit so it’s not a big transition. Big fan and can’t wait for merch
Hey brother just want to say thank you for being an inspiration of being yourself on your channel and not just doing fishing only because that’s what everyone wants. I just hit 1000 subs today and I am absolutely pumped to keep on growing on my outdoor channel!
Have a strange feeling, Matt would've had more luck throwing the fence at the knife. That snake killer looked less threatening to the snake than the user.
Lol I love the way the one guy was like, "are you filming" and looked at y'all then him. Y'all just had ur hands in your pocket and acted like you didn't know what was going on, like you weren't with him...left my man out to dry 😂
I dig the random stuff you post haha! Always love Robs vids! I dig the dope editing, I’m all about good editing, the lead editor of the FaZe clan, FaZe Barker edits all my fishing vids!
The Spanish .25 ACP that Matt mentions, is that an Astra Firecat??? I have one that belonged to my mother who bought it in Austin back in like 1964. That is my back pocket gun when I go just about anywhere... LOVE IT!
Yeah I was watching his videos yesterday when u showed up at this house....love watching both ur guys channels always puts me.in a good mood so thanks for that to u and DEMO #DEMO #LUNKERS
Bonds are great, we use them all the time in Derringer side matches in Cowboy Action Shooting. The barrels are interchangeable, and they make grips that you can get a pinky on.
Arisaka type 99. My uncle has one with ground off mum and AA sights, mine with intact mum, and AA sights. Norma and Buffalo Bore still make ammo for them, but you can make your own by fire forming .30-06 rounds in it, which due to the larger bore, is safe to do. They can then be trimmed, and hand loaded with a .311 bullet. I have my 99, and 96 carbine in 6.5 mm as well. Nice find Rob.
Next time you are in NewMexico, I suggest Ron Peterson guns they have the most extensive collection of "weird" guns I've ever seen. It's my favorite place to spend a Saturday afternoon.
My grandfather fought the Japanese in WWII. He brought back a Japanese rifle, pistol, and sword. We still have them. The emperor of Japan, after surrendering, ordered the imperial mark to be removed from everything.
Those bond arms derringers look pretty cool. You can also swap out the barrels with other calibers that they sell separately. Bond Arms also makes the Bullpup 9, now that's a weird gun.

I have an old beat up arisaka from when my grandfather died it has the imperial marking still, has a bayonet, aircraft sights, and a bullet holes through the stock, and shoots 7milimeter Mauser
