Love the comments.. The odd thing that you mentioned about the crowd. I have a friend that owns a Demon. Apparently it was by invite only and he missed responding quick enough and could not attend!

Because Tim and Dodge lie constantly. Just ask 2022 Durango Hellcat owners. I have a 2021 Challenger HCREWB and have no plans to move to this Demon. I'm good where I'm at. Love the channel Speedy.

The head studs are cool!! The bolt screws to block and then the head bolt hole is threaded and the nut on top screws into head to keep the head from walking around like it would if it was just a nut and washer against the head surface

Absolutely Bad A** Mopar 👏 The Demon owners got Screwed Big-time! We made a $125k Cash offer yesterday from my friend that works for a dealership. Today he let me know they won't touch our offer & 150k will get us in the conversation! The enthusiasts kept this platform going & represented it very well. Now the dealerships,Tim Kuniskis hurt us the Enthusiasts! I think something is going to happen because the Demon 170 has the same name when it was promised that it wouldn't. I'm happy with my Hellcat but boy ol boy there's a different feeling what Dodge just did. Appreciate the Video💪👍😉

I think the car is cool, but my first thought was that Dodge said they wouldn't build another Demon. Let's see what next year brings.

The only disappointment is the dealer mark up!!!! No normal person will be able to get one. 50k to 100k mark up already. Ill just cruise my 17 hellcat and still smile...bad ass car for sure!

Great Job on the video... your really nailed it on the projections. Too bad the stealerships are going to ruin it for the average guy even having a shot at one. at $96,666... Mother Mopar gave everyone a shot. I like how MSRP get priority... I hope then they go in ADM order... low to high... so the big price gougers get zip. I have a buddy who is a SRT Master Tech and is a long time employee they are giving him one at MSRP.

Great video Speedy....I agree with your thoughts on if most of us will ever see one...maybe we'll see 1 at MoParty, maybe it will simply be a mythical creature. I'm 45, and February of this year was the 1st time I've ever had the chance to see a '91 Acura NSX in person. And, if this car makes more power on E85 than it does on 93, could there be more mpg's for an RT, or scat pack that is full E85? We'll wait to see how this soap opera called Stellantis plays out, with the hellcat durango, and demon plot twist, what's next? I think RacerX had a video about Stellantis and the other brands they own, puegot, fiat, etc. Maybe after they run our brand down, a company who likes performance will buy and revamp Dodge...🤞

I would buy a body in white Challenger and put the helliphent motor in it or just find a striped out Challenger. I know most people can’t do this, I’ve dragged raced back in 1984 so I got the love of building and racing in my blood. It would be a faster car imho, just not street legal.

I'm still mad about the Gas Guzzler Tax. We pay taxes on every gallon of fuel that we buy. Buy more gas, get taxed more. Why be punished for liking horsepower?

I get the knock on administrations and cafe standards, but that also falls back on Dodge. They’ve had how many years to get a model that gets decent fuel economy and sells in volume to offset the hemi and they fell on their faces at every turn until they just gave up on it. Now the bills come due and they don’t have that hybrid/plug in to offset these and a corporate overlord that isn’t giving them the budget to do much past the hurricanes i6 or borrow their EV platform. And I don’t know if I can 100% blame them as they’ve proved a few times over now that they can’t develop much other than muscle cars. Don’t get me wrong, I love muscle cars, but when the CUV is the current market cash cow and you don’t make one, that’s not a good look.

That's a very good point. They tried with the Fiat 500 and Dodge Dart neither of which were very good IMO. They should have had something in these popular segments long ago for the masses and maybe it'd have given some breathing room.

Excellent Informative Video ! Agee 100% that the government should allow the market to decide. But then again, look at the current Incompetence of the group we have to suffer through this cycle... Sorry for the political comment. Just looking to use a little common sense...
