Agree!!! 💯🤘 i really don't know that any other band could suit better in that game atmosphere than Demon Hunter 🌀🔥 i believe KF and DH were just made to complement each other 🙂☯️
no more corn! But the kinda shit thing is it takes a good game to make people find good songs. That is a bit shitty knowing a game is what it takes.(btw im not hating)
This is THE perfect metal song. Everything that’s great about the genre is contained in this song: powerful voices, powerful and rapid guitar-playing and drumming, catchy chorus, and deep lyrics. Still probably my number one favorite even after ten years.
Part of the KF2 beta atm, and holy shit do I get goosebumps when this song plays. That fucking chorus makes me wanna take on 10 fleshpounds. on normal.
+I like money I think that has to do something with copyrights....Like my dad said that if a song is older then 5 or 8 years then there is no copyright or something on it
+X7DASH not the case anymore, copyright lasts the length of the bands lifetime +75 years, demon Hunter just sold the rights to some of the music because they like killingfloor
People say you can't have Heaven without Hell (even bands like Slayer say this). The same goes likewise; you cannot have Hell without Heaven. People unhappy that the band is Christian need to really get over themselves, it's just a belief, and the theme these guys sport is just a contrast to demonic metal bands; these guys are more like the paladins than the spawn, as one way to look at it. I mean their name is "Demon Hunter", think of that in a literal sense, for a second. I myself am agnostic, so no I'm not an upset Christian commenting. I'm just a person who doesn't take shit for face value, just as folk shouldn't with this band, they rock, and that's what matters.
Thank you. It's almost like...their beliefs don't change the way the music sounds. If it sounds good, it sounds good. Personally, I am a Christian, and I listen to bands such as Slipknot, Avenged Sevenfold, etc. To me it's just music. Whatever a band believes in is their business. If the music sounds good, I'll listen to it.
Finally, some reasonable people. Unless the band is actually Satanic or _says_ that a song is about Satan or Hell or Satanism, it's fine. I'm agnostic myself, but only because I refuse to follow such a hateful book as the Bible.
+thevoicesarereal666 I hope you don't mind, but may I ask why you see the Bible as a hateful book? For me, it's main theme is love and hope, hence the "good news" thing. I don't mean to challenge what you believe; I'm actually curious.
The HackingBurger SO MANY FUCKING THINGS BRO! 1) Leviticus is Homophobic 2) Deuteronomy says that women have to marry their rapist if they are not engaged 3) Women can be kiled by their husband if they are not married as virgins 4) Women are to learn in silence and submission 5) Slaves, serve your masters as you would christ 6) HE DROWNED EVERY NON-SEA CREATURE ON EARTH EXCEPT FOR HIS FAVOURITE HUMANS AND A COUPLE ANIMALS!!! So, uh...yeah...that's why...
Well... There IS contextual things involved. And, people seem to pick out the nasty things that no one likes, but ignores all the good. However, I don't want this to go into a stupid fight. Anyway, thanks for answering and giving your opinion, friend. :)
I started playing killing floor 2 about 2 months ago, and was very happy to hear DH on the soundtrack. I've been listening to DH for about 6 years now, and they deserve way more recognition. Happy to see so many people discovering and loving them.
This is my personal anthem of Killing Floor2. For me, it is one of the best songs to be on the game, as I find myself singing along to it while in zed mode deciding whether a clot or a siren/scrake is more worthy of my attention.
DeluxeMLG I mean, could be a gunslinger badass, with the line em up perk, where every headshot increases damage, 3 fleshpounds is nothing, even if the rest of your team is leading scrakes and everything else to you. In the right hands GS can be OP as hell
Thank you DemonHunter and Tripwire Interactive for putting this song in the game so I can actually have at least one song I can sing along two without destroying my throat.
I was talking to an artificial intelligence today and it legit told me this was its favorite song. I have never heard of this band, but I'm here now lol
This song gave me chills the first time I heard it. I just knew it was going to be one of those songs that make a big impact on my life and now it makes me think of days I wish I could get back. This song will motiavate me to go get what I want in life.
I am a huge fan of Christian rock music. I've spent the past year listening to it and attempting to find all of the best bands and get all of their music downloaded. So far I have heard RED, Ashes Remain, Skillet, Before Their Eyes, Blindside, Falling Up, Fireflight, Flyleaf, The Letter Black, The Almost, Relient K, Switchfoot, Disciple, Thousand Foot Krutch, Decyfer Down, Kiros, 12 Stones, Nine Lashes, Sent by Ravens, Pillar, Random Hero, and Spoken. I just found these guys today and I believe that they will be one of my new favorites.
If you're still interested after three years, maybe consider Impending Doom, Becoming The Archetype, Fit For A King, or As I Lay Dying? They're all Christian as well, and easily my favorites alongside Demon Hunter. Also, thank you for that handy list of bands I need to check out!
I heard this song for a first time when it's came out in 2010, but only now I started understanding lyrics...I miss those days, everything was so much easier and colorful...but that's in the past, I need to live in present... Thanks again DH!
A Christian music video tv show called The Revolution introduced me to many bands and this one included. And 7 years later I'm still jamming this shit. Thank you guys!!
I will be honest guys and gals. Yes I first heard this song in Killing Floor 2 but I am glad I did. The first ten seconds of this song literally makes me tear up because of how hard core and out of your mind it is with how it sounds that it just fits the game like peanut butter and chocolate or whatever you prefer there lol. My gosh!!!!!!!!! His voice too... It's good to be alive.
Been playing KF2 for a long while now as well, and it's how I found DH, too. This many years in and I've still been waiting on a DH Soundtrack expansion DLC for Killing Floor. And the option to select our soundtrack like in Payday.
Sometimes videogames would be the best source of great music. In my case, Celldweller from Dead Rising2, a7x from Call of Duty, and Demon Hunter from kf2... I really appreciate they could have an opportunity to use their music as bgm and thank God that such awesome men exist.
Im not christian like others, im seldom in churches or something like this. I just want to believe and think about it often. This music helps alot and maybe soon i can see what you guys see and i really cant wait for it. Keep going on to make this world a better place!
Have to say that I would not have listen to this band before, but Killing Floor 2 OST has really made this track in particular stand out for me! Fucking Awesome song!!!
Ive read some comments even though most are from like two years ago nobody's gonna see this but heck I personally haven't heard of this band until KF2 I'm one of those people who have been brought here by the game. Now I've been listening to HU-hollywood undead and similar things to that before kf2 so I do have interests in music and thanks to kf2 I have been introduced to a very good band I should've heard of years ago but haven't sadly but now I can catch up with all the songs and I'm happy with most of what I'm hearing so far they are a great band seem to be a christian band but heck I like them
