@@Decrypt-Kryptonian Certainly not entirely luck, sure you may have gotten a more favorable boss sequence, but you still played well. It always takes time to hone your skills, no matter how many previous fails there were, this video is the fruit of your labor.

@@psicologiaentretenida6140 Hola... es para que te aparezca ese diablito que te protege encima de la cabeza, por lo visto en la estrategia de este man, lo utiliza para ir golpeando al molesto "orb" que te persigue en toda la pantalla (la verdad, nunca me detuve para tratar de destruir ese molesto ataque), más bien era un duelo en el cual veríamos quién cae más pronto al atacarnos al unísono (no importando el daño que recibiéramos), en fin, leyendo los comentarios, muchos han tenido diversas estrategias para derrotarlo, pero nunca una en la que terminaras "invicto" en la lucha (que loco el que realizó esta hazaña). Me provocó volverlo a jugar en la suite de SNES de Switch donde también están otros "clásicos del vicio" jejeje. Saludos.
Real question here. Is this a TAS? more than 20 years later and i struggle every time with this boss. I did beat it but was with the skin of my teeth. Seriously, this boss have no clear patterns, even with the ultimate gargoyle and the shield he does like a ton of damage, his blue orb chases you all time and if you manage to destroy it it respawn almost instantly, he have an attack that covers almost all the screen and progressively cover all the escenario with spikes, you can barely it him since he becames invulnerable for some seconds after you hit it, and even if you do so there's rocks falling into you after in top of all that he take dozens upon dozens of hits.
@@chrisbeach423 nahh look at this person gaming the backward-upward-shooting flight controls at the start. there's so much skill here. it could easily not be a TAS.
It's rather embarrassing for me to watch this: one, because I didn't know there was a charge shot for the Ultimate Gargoyle until I did; two, because I SUCK AT DODGING PROJECTILES IN THIS GAME.
Awesome, excellent gameplay, noly those who battled this and won know how very difficult it is to pull off what you did. And yeah, I love that game too, I can totally see how someone would be playing it so much, that the Dark Demon would perhaps be defeated without taking damage. That was one great job. Of course, I'm totally trusting no 3rd party software at all was used ("TAS"), but I have faith in you and your word. This is one epic achievement.
i just got lucky i failed countless of time to hit the perfect run so technically this video kind of don't prove much after i realize its too hard to get it real

This boss Isn't so Hard as phalanx 3rd Form, I think. I've needed a few tries to beat him for the First time. Congratz for no damage. This is very luck-based. I love this Game
Isso é impossível jogando na raça 😂😂😂😂 A esfera não dá trégua, não para de perseguir, sem falar que aqui no meu cai o dobro de rochas e sai o triplo de lâminas.
Joguei dos meus 9 até os 15 anos e só venci esse Dark Demon 2 vezes!!!.Na primeira vez quase chorei de emoção (depois de 3 anos só tomando porrada). Fui jogar agora de adulto e não venci mais ! E agora aparece um cara que vence sem dano algum? Impossível !! .Já cheguei a enfrentar ele com todo o cenário envolto de espinhos e ele soltando o raio(o que cobre a tela ,exceto ele) com a "bolinha" me perseguindo,como não ser atingindo ?? Deve ser algum hack mesmo

Have to agree with TAS. This is the equivalent of beating SSBM on story. Then you hit every name and target on the credit screen. After pressing start. With RNG.
I honestly think this is a computer playing. Im not even sure how likely that is but I think whatever it may be it’s more likely than a person with a SNES controller beating this boss with no damage.
I was searching in SHADOWSERG's channel to see if he could beat but i could not find in his channel which i believe impossible for even him and appearantly gave up bcoz of this boss i did my best and beat him without using health potion... im very curious how did u figure out his parttern where most of the players couldnt... u r really PRO
@@Decrypt-Kryptonian luck run!? Are u kidding me i see how u were focusing on doging his projectiles with patience unlike others who just focus on shooting him without taking care of doging his projectiles more like the race against health to each other
Check out the best Metroid 3 run through for instance. I have beaten that game dozens of times under 2 hours with 100% completion but this guy was unbelievable. 0% chance he did this run through without save states.

@@Ageleszly It is possible to fly like that but that's an Ultimate Gargoyle thing, he has the abilities of all the other forms, even the headbutt. But this is probably a tas, the way he squeezes between rocks and all that jittery movement is not natural, its the kind of movement you see when someone plays the game in slow motion, these falling rocks fall on random positions so you have to react, and even if you do react firebrand is too slow to move out of the way by the time you react, same thing as the other projectiles it seems like he already knows where they will be, either that or this dude can actually react in 6 frames consistently which is not humanly possible. Or he got extremely lucky but that jittery movement kind of gives it away.
el numero de golpes pa matarlo no concuerda con la vida del jefe original ??? esta reducida casi al 80 % si se muriera con tan pocos golpes seria un jete pan comido
trae puesto el talisman que se llama Fang, hace que hagas el doble de daño. no solo eso, si le das a la forma que tiene esqueleto es tambien mas daño que a la otra forma, creo que es el doble tambien
That's not true. I have seen run throughs in which it was BLATANTLY obvious that save states were used hundreds of times without anything like that being present in the vids.

Yeah, they would say you did it legit because they don't know any better. And no, I cant prove it, but it is likely given the fact that you were able to do an entire dark demon fight without getting hit a single time. It simply goes without saying.
