Buffer is a logic gate that produces output identical to Input but with a delay. This concept can help us design an artificial memory access unit similar to that of natural memory access unit present in human brain. My intuition says that in Alzheimer's disease the memory does not gets affected, rather the Memory Access unit gets affected... The job of memory access unit in brain is to give output same as input but with a delay and this is what the buffer does...generally the signals present in nature are analog but we can use analog to digital converter and digital to analog converter in designing artificial memory access unit... We can easily find Transfer Function (while dealing with analog signals) of memory access unit where we want output same as input but with a delay...Anyone who is genuinely interested in helping the Alzheimer's patient will surely find this comment useful and will strive to help humanity deal with this disease...
