Yeah that's kinda wild, sounds like laziness and the type of brainless stuff that goes on when you make RU-vid your job

I stopped taking him seriously when I seen him instead of the bear and claiming he has 20 years experience for every trade or career that applies to the tools he's reviewing. He claims to have over 100 years of experience but in his 50s😂😂😂

@@hachi-rokuperformancegroup3987 I figured he was full of shit but I also caught a video once where he talked about all his experiences but he was constantly getting the names of tools mixed up or just wrong or like in the video referenced by this short clearly had no idea how to use said tool. After that and his constant shilling for the crappiest Amazon brands that would throw a dollar his way I stopped watching.

He gets most of his "deals" from other people posting in his groups, then runs with it to create content that "he" found As someone who has worked in several trades over the last 2 decades, it pisses me off when people claim things and never have proof of any kind

Sorry, but I gotta call BS, at this point you've spent more time trying to lump or compare yourself to others who are actually facing real legal battles than showing your unit malfunctioning. IF you already had better video of the unit malfunctioning why not use a portion of it to prove your claim in the first place? No, instead we have video evidence of your "sub-optimal result" being due to your improper use and understanding of the device.

@@GarnettTools As I stated in the video and commented on as well, I filmed this last year. This was the only video I could still find. I wan't even going to do a video on this because it seemed like a non issue but after seeing more and more creators get threated I decided to do this to call attention to these practices. And it wasn't supposed to focus on me or the product as I literally said that because I am in the US I have zero fear of being sued and then pointed everyone to someone who is. Someon who called me and thanked me profusely for my support and all the traffic I sent his way. You had a choice here, you could have used your voice to add to the fight OR you could have yet again gone for clicks and youtube gossiby drama. SMH.

@denoftools definitely make it sound that way in your videos, we'll older ones at least. Never said you claimed or said you did, I said acts like. It's hard to have honest opinions if you don't understand what you are doing and testing products wrong and claiming it's junk in not honest

He is right , Older videos appeared that way. But now you're youtube wealthy. Even if it's a Fake it till you make it, he made it

@@thebackwoodsmechanic5029 I worked 15 years in the "Trades" but I didn't quit working after that. I'm 55 and I've had a job since I was 14. For the vast majority of my life I had two or three jobs at any time. I worked construction during the day, took breaks to attend class at the local college, then back to the job site. No one would sit next to me in class because I was usually covered in dirt and fiberglass. (We rehabbed old houses and turned them into condos). I then went to my second job where I fixed and built PC's. At night I worked at my boss's house doing "indoor agriculture" which is how he finaced his construction business. On the weekend during the winter I worked in a pizzarea and bartended and in the summer on the weekends I delivered shine. While doing construction they brought in a crew to run phone and computer cable and I found out they made twice as much as I did and that they were looking to hire. I started running wire and eventually fiber. I single-handedly rewired all the public schools in one town. I have built server rooms, 100' Wifi and laser link towers. Taught myself how to program CISCO routers and started doing wide area network installs. Got quickly promoted to management and moved out to Silly Con valley. Even when I was a C level exec I still had side businesses. Even when I started youtube as a hobby I treated it like a business. I've also written several books, one an Amazon best seller. It's like people want me to apologize for having a work ethic.

@toolinhand yea I don't think he does much DIYing. He's the guy with all the tools to do the job but still hires someone else to do while talking to them about all his experience and how he would do it but doesn't have time

Not really..he's claiming a tool is junk when he entered into a SPONSORSHIP agreement..like him or not he's an "influencer" and using a tool incorrectly and telling the internet that their tool is junk is a good way to get sued

I actually see it both ways. If you send a simple product to a reviewer and they ignore common knowledge or even English "the word ENTER" and try to claim their device "locked up or froze" you'd be understandably upset. You can very clearly see him pressing the wrong button and expecting something else to happen when that I/M screen shows. If I was a company on the other side of that I wound certainly see it as an intentional misrepresentation. But on the other hand I can definitely see how something being unbeknownst to you getting you in legal trouble is unreasonable. But I'm getting the impression he is embellishing on his story. BASICALLY, Foxwell said 'Hey, we saw you used it incorrectly, I hope your not trying to screw us because we do have a legal team'. In my opinion, that's a pretty far cry from a 'COMPANY TRYING TO SUE HIM FOR AN HONEST REVIEW'
