Devon needs to get stronger in weightlifting, this is what the Georgians do. They are strong everywhere and it breeds success, I remember he only hit 70kgs on strict curl, he is tall so it's different than most people hitting 70 but still... If he works on his muscle strength in any position and focus on bodybuilding/weightlifting more (not too much as he is old) I think he will see great improvements. He already pulls people alot and probably doesn't get nearly all his strength used when he pulls, which is why more weights and stuff will help. He trains super smart, but it seems like every training vid is pronator or just straight pulling.

He's already an anomaly but if he added more intensive training like you said, he'd probably be unstoppable! By they way, Devon's only a year or less older than myself and I don't consider myself old, lol. I suppose to someone twenty or thirty years younger then yeah.

Yeah but the thing is he is now training specialized for AW only. Back in his prime he had massive pair of legs on top. He now is just biceps and forearms. And that's all you need for AW

@@leon5537 I don't disagree, but overall weighing more in general is only going to help him, and he certainly weighs less than he did in his prime due to less muscle. Look at Levan, he used to be lean and jacked, but decided to keep eating to be absolutely massive regardless a lot of it is fat as it only assists in AW.

I don't understand how Denis suddenly becomes the favourite once Devon lost to Genadi. Genad is more explosive and went for the flop wrist press which is Devon's weakness. But I don't think Denis goes for the flop press and also he mostly goes for the outside option which is right in Devon's lane. So this match is again quite close. Again a 50-50 match for me.

No one knows how close Denis is to his prime. He was impressive against John but John's too old. He wins for sure if he is in his prime shape but we never know.

I love Devon, but strictly training your right forearm and nothing else, no biceps/triceps/back or shoulders, is only gonna take you so far man. Also, having a very strong core helps with all sorts of lifts and overall strength.
