This is mesmerizing and gripping; instant fan. And that album cover is one of the coolest I've seen in a long time. Definitely going to search out more stuff from this dude.
I really what to know how the duduk was created? I'm assuming it was an instrument library like other aspects, but I havent heard a duduk library that sounds that realistic.
Very nice! Unfortunately it suffers a bit from the "Berried Alive-syndrome", in that it's obviously heavily edited. This might not bother most, of course, and that's fine. I just think it lessens the meaning of being a guitar-player and/or performing musician; which is pretty sad. Not trying to put down the composition, mixing or anything else with this comment.
denis to my knowledge doesn't own a drum kit so he programs the drums, and from a writing standpoint, it's fantastic. I should mention though that this is his SIDE project. He produces electronic music under Dead Cowboy (deathstep/minatory, beats, and cinematic tracks). The dude's one of the most varied and talented producers I know of. This project from him is nothing short of spectacular considering how much other stuff he does.
Well... Bad drum samples and bad guitar tone imo... The ambient guitar effects are it's strong suit... Also some cool rhythms mixed in at times. Not too shabby for a side project🍻
