Realllly love this yoga workout. I found it easier to flow through each sequence----unlike other yoga workouts I've done. I think the muscles being warm the whole time helps. Love it. ; )
I tried this today with my girlfriend and loved it! I've never done yoga before but if this is how it is I'm sure going to start doing it more often! Great video :)

I've been doing slow paced yoga for the past two months. I'm not advanced by any means, but I have a working knowledge of most poses and how to hold them. For me this video was just perfect. It did go fast, but I just went with it and enjoyed the nice sweat it gave me. My complaints about this are that I prefer a little more emphasis on flexibility, and a nice cooldown stretch, which this video doesn't provide. I do that myself afterward though. Otherwise, great workout!
I have scoliosis and I did the Jillian Michaels yoga meltdown, which I find has helped with the pain and also my posture. They do similar moves in this one too so I guess it would help. You could also search for yoga workouts for scoliosis cause they are some on youtube
enjoyed the workout! added this to my yoga playlist. one question though: my feet keep slipping away when i do the warrior poses. how do i prevent that from happening? any tips?
You can press with the big toe mound and the big toe as if you are pressing a button with it at all times to stop foot slipping and to work smaller muscles
I thought this video was great- I got a really good workout and it was pretty thorough as far as including vinyassas and balance poses. The only thing it was missing was breathing at the end. Definitely not for beginners though as it is quite fast paced and no explanations before you go into the poses.
ske sounds a bit like someone doing yoga for the 1st time. also could speak a bit louder and in a normal voice, not trying to sound sexy or something. But with a bit of my own modification, a nice workout to sweat a bit in those lazy days when i'm not in a mood for a regular yoga :)
