Few reasons why I have ordered this one: 1. Backup to my Prime 4 setup, 2. Additional music source for other than main room music, 3. Preparation gear for my engine music collection and playlist on the go, or in the sofa at home - no cables just headphones. 4. Main unit for smaller gigs or guest-gigs, if your ever transported Prime 4 in a flight case, you know what I am talking about. 5. The gear to take to your summer vacation with you and enjoy play and prepare sessions anywhere. 6. A toy for my kids to play with and learn DJing. 👏

This is NOT a controller, it is a standalone unit, no laptop needed at all, and thank DENON for that because II have been waiting for a real reason to pass along my old Pioneer equipment.

I just tried the Prime Go at the park and let me tell you!.... it’s awesome. People were looking for power cables. My set up was all solar power. Thank you DENON🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻😊

I think the people who would take a dump on the Prime Go are people who already are deep into DJing. I searched "Small Standalone DJ Controller" a few days ago and was amazed to see this product had just emerged in the market, I'm not a DJ but I'm a performing musician and wanted something I could play back tracks with at gigs without the need for a computer, and this is exactly what I was searching for. Expensive? Maybe, but since I have an essential job, my stimulus checks' going toward one of these awesome little dudes. Great video man, keep up the good work.

I have the Denon DJ Prime 4 after switching from Pioneer and the transition has been challenging, but in a good way because I have lost the laptop now. When I saw the Prime Go I said want one because that would be good for my wedding ceremonies and as a back up unit. Denon DJ are definitely moving in the right direction and innovating and that is what the controller market needed. Standalone units are the future and I believe Denon DJ are leading the way.

I like this controller for my weekly community gigs that does not require a lot of mixing. So much easier than bringing my huge SX3 with a laptop. Less setup and tear down!

I’ve been waiting for years for something like this...having come from the world of Wax and Technics SL-1210’s, I was able to withstand CD mixing when it took over BUT as soon as Serato etc and the need for laptops came in, I stopped DJing...But now that this is here and and I have one in my hands...I can say it’s good to be back!!!

Just got mines this week! It is awesome and I can do basic scratches pretty well on it, just need a tighter curve for more advance cuts. Just waiting on my 2 MAUI 5 GO’s to pair with it for small gigs and wedding ceremonies...

In February, I sold my nexus set up, and pre ordered the prime go and sc6000,1850 set up totally jumped ship!! Delivery was end of March, then Coronavirus hit! And because of delay’s the delivery date is 19/06, I now have two turntables and nothing in the middle, in lockdown!!! Denon are kicking hard at the moment, “ innovation” that will only get better with time!!! I can’t wait. GO DENON........

I updated my computer, now my reliable system (Dell laptop, ddjsr2 and virtual DJ) glitches and stutters, I'm done banging my head against a wall trying to figure it out. I'm buying this and never using a computer to DJ ever again.
