I've gotten a lot of questions about Preston's bedtime routine so here it is. We also bathe him around 730 most nights but I didn't show that part. We started flossing his teeth around age 1. He hated brushing but he tolerates it pretty well these days because he has gotten used to it and we do a lot of things at once to distract him (Changing diapers, singing songs, playing w his hands, etc). For sleep training, we followed takingcarababies, which is a program I bought on Instagram. It helped a lot (I think) But I believe we also got lucky with Preston. He has been sleeping in his own room for a long time and does not get to come into our room to sleep. I've been pretty strict about that. Goodluck to anyone going through this!
