Hi Gabriel, It is never too late! However, the surgery cannot usually be done without prior orthodontic preparation. The teeth must be placed in a position where they will be functional after the surgery. So, you would start by assuring that your teeth and gums are healthy, then orthodontic preparation for 12-18 months, and then the operation to put your jaws in a more favorable aesthetic and functional position.
