Five points from Braun and MPJ, 21 from Jokic and 12 from Murray in the second half. This is inexcusable for a team to preform this badly in a game seven. I blame Mike Maloun for not making changes and the way he managed the team. All year long he’s been saying we’re good on offence, well, it’s one thing to be good when you’re playing the Pistons and a whole other thing when you play a top defensive teams in the league and your offence gets truly tested. Bench was weak from the get go and the back office should have made the move before the trade dead line. If they aren’t interested in winning the championship, fine, but don’t waste Jokic’s best years. Jokic didn’t have an exceptional game, but if others made some of those open looks, Minnesota wouldn’t be able to double team him all the time. They have run out of gas, because of the short rotation, but again, that’s not an excuse. Nuggets as presently constructed can’t win a championship going forward. Jamal misses too many games, bench is weak, MPJ is one dimensional and tends to disappear in the later rounds of the playoffs, and KCP, God bless him, is getting tired being one of two players who has to play defence for everyone else. Changes have to be made, your third and fourth option on offence can’t combine 1 three pointer in the half. Look at game 7 of the WCF in 2002 between the LAL and the kings, Kobe and Shaq scored 21 points combined in the second half, and the rest of the team 27 points; that’s how you win games. Superstar players can take you home in the final minutes of the game, but it’s the others who have to contribute as well. Great listening to you guys as always.

The biggest reason for parody is health right now and several teams being so close that they make win now moves. Which helps you to win (sometimes) but you can't sustain them cap wise and get weaker later on (always).

The Nuggets had 3 games where they were absolutely DOMINATED. 2 on their own court. Game 7 there gave up a 20 point lead. Definition of failure for a defending champion.
