@@hidros1461 turbo upgrade always. Go rotated as there are some Kits ready to get bolt on. Will need to get upgraded injectors & while you’re at it upgrade fuel hanger, dual pump w walbro450 or 525s.

i wonder since they know the starting MPH/RPM if they wired their WOT boxes to an external button in series with the clutch if they'd be able to build boost/launch from a roll.... im going to try that... cutting spark would govern the engine speed and allow you to build boost right?

somethingtough those stock blocks are fully forged..... and its not exactly hard to spool that baby turbo the sti is running, from a dig those coyotes would put bus lenths on that little turd. plus the STI lifted a head..... probably should've taken some of that 40k and bought head studs

He broke a piston is what happened. Ring end gaps weren't set lose enough for the boost he was running and the ring butted together and broke a ring land... It happens all the time when your pushing big boost. You need to build it with such large piston ring end gaps to make hp like that on an engine that size, it becomes a blow by machine at low load/RPM

Damn, what pads is the Scooby running on the front brakes? That thing spits more Sparks than a firecracker fuse. Maybe I don't pay attention, maybe I've just never seen such aggressive pads on the street? I dunno... But I can't recall seeing that outside of a track day. .

I still miss my sti however I don't miss the constant problems when building high horse power one's. I wish I kept mine around the 400whp mark she probably would still be with me and still running. My gt is a lot of fun but I miss the awd so much, year round toy. fun in the summer even more so in the winter 😉
