Denver really controlled most of the 3rd and OT. BU needed to put this away when it was 1-0. Instead, Denver found their game, grinded it out and exploited a bad line change in OT to seal the deal.

DU had 3 PP in the 3rd so of course they controlled. They were getting outshot 9-4 in OT until the goal, though. Good game overall. Refs not so much.

The east coast bias in these announcers is hard to listen to. They were mad they didn't get the BC BU national championship they wanted all year.

I'm a casual DU fan and I'm really glad they won, but I hate that the refs didn't call any penalties on DU. The trip at the end of the third and the knee on knee in OT were just as blatant as the ones they called on BU. Who's to say if it would have changed the outcome, but it feels a little slimy to be pumped about this one. Hopefully they just stomp out BC and leave no doubt in the Natty.
