@@steveanimatrix3887 I heard Alan and Martin did alot to prepare for each live concert. I think Martin said the album version was usually more tamed and they didn’t want to give too much away to save for the concerts.
Dude, these are not classic samples, you just chopped the parts of the whole songs and assigned them to your keyboard, i can also play depeche mode song by holding the key - if you want the original samples - one sound, one key, you should have bought them in Alan Wilder´s auction :-)
You're catching a lot of flack in the comments, but this looks like a lot of fun.. a [relatively] inexpensive way to play with "authentic" DM sounds via hardware.
you must have the original cd a sampler ..in this case i use an EMU Esi 4000 with 128 mb ram , and a scsi device for saving the samples bank , i use a IOMEGA JAZ with 1 gb cartridge
you can find most of the DP Sounds on a E-MU Emulator Keyaboard and some of them were sampled from pots and pans including hammer hitting nails for industrial sound's
so let me understand, to sample from a disc and publish a video with the finished work I have to ask your permission?certainly everyone can do it having a sampler and knowing how to use it, but I don't understand what bothers you
This is not samples only samples taken from the cd,etc. You forget sampling was not like it is now. They had limited amount they could hold in memory, not like now. This is a joke and we could all do this. Not the real samples.
I don't care that everyone can do it and it's a joke, apart from seeing how many people now want to learn how to sample on an old hardware sampler from 30 years ago, and anyway I wanted to make a sampleset as it was done once and I shared the way I don't care if someone doesn't like it or intervenes to point out that I have bitten my time, meanwhile I have a library of Depeche mode samples without paying them
Arek :-)
sergio morales this sampleset is Made specific for the Emu Esi 4000 sampler format if you have this machine i can send a disk iomega jaz with the set .
Jesus! Make our own sounds and music! That's why Depeche are still relevant. You have to make your own noises that you hear in your head and soul! But.....if it's just for fun then fair play.
this is a sampleset created by me from the original cd studio album , i've sampled the various parts in to my EMU esi 4000 and set all the materials inside the machine
