The AMG GT is one of my dream cars. I even got to drive an AMG GT-R in Las Vegas and it was a blast, but even at 75% off I'm pretty sure that I can't afford the insurance and maintenance costs. In fact I came to realize that at a point were they deprecite to 40% - 50% it's most likely time for some very expensive maintenance.
Not having the F-Type R/SVR on here is a big miss! MSRP in excess of 130k and can be bought for 40-50k all day! 0-60 in the low 3’s 1/4mi in sub 12’s and the sounds better then any car on this list.
Between the AMG and Bimmer, it's a super tough choice! This video almost convinced me to not go ahead and get a Caddy CT5-V Blackwing. But I'd rather have one of those American beauties! Thanks for the vid!
Great looking, and great performance cars...for the extremely wealthy. Those cars even used are not made to be sold to the average person, the cost to maintain these a year will be at least $1,200, the Aston Martin is $6,500 a year just for maintenance, and those figures don't include repairs. They tell you that if own a car like those to have about $12,000 in savings for eventual repairs. Also, the average maintenance is not peak maintenance, it's just oil changes, air filter changes, and coolant changes, the high end of the maintenance would easily make those average figures go up 3 times, and on the low side, some might only be $600, others like the Aston Martin will be higher. And you better have a mechanic nearby who understands the car you buy, for some cars like the Aston Martin, finding a great mechanic who knows the car inside and out is far and few between. The best way for an average person to own one is a person who understands mechanical repair and can do their own work, intelligent enough they will learn as they go how to work on it, and be able to do every single type of repair that can happen on a car, saving the cost of labor, and saving the cost of part prices being hiked up 200% for shop profit.
Great till they break. The cost to repair suck cars would make Jeff Bezos sweat. They'll end up collecting dust when you don't have the cash to replace a $20k transmission.
That Cowboy Hat pisses me off so bad. I'm from Cincinnati and I've had a lifetime of "almost rural" fake country boys sporting the cowboy hat for a summer to reinvent themselves. Super lame bro. Your awesome, you don't need this.
None of those cars are worth the repairs, Ferrari is the worse, extremely bad engines and components but materials are first class, it’s like having a very very very expensive useless vase
This is overproduced. Too much music & too much wam bam editing. All we need to hear are the engine sounds & any useful information you have to offer. Stop trying to be creative or whatever it is you think your being 🙄
