Yes it’s best to not push yourself too hard but try to do light exercise even sitting exercises for people that are elderly or battling serious health issues. I try to stay active by doing house work or walking and I lift 5lb weights. I used to do regular workouts at home but my depression is too severe to stick to a workout routine.
In my opinion one should be Psychologically strong because it leads to stress nd strain nd there by causing Depression which effectd the Health.Happiness is the best natural Tonic.Noce innovative Lecture 👍

I've had cronic depression since my thyroid went bad graves disease it can be really bad caused me to start drinking wiskey they say I'm an alcoholic but I don't drink beer or wine but if you put wiskey in front of me I will drink but wont if its beer I'm a different kind of alcoholic is what they said probably am but I'm sure depression caused it
We have a problem with our system whereby the DEA has been given control over the Licensing of treatments of pain and the medicines allowed to be given to patients... All Doctors and Pharmacist must be subject to DEA requirements to even receive their licenses, though the DEA being a Law Enforcement Agency has no credentials in medicine or Phamaceutical knowledge... The DEA has primarily a history of Prohibition and a Prosecution of Citizens in their "War on Drugs", not something close to any healing environment or an application of medical sciences... The fact that the DEA's Drug Schedules do not reflect any of the research or studies that have been completed in the last 20 years regarding marijuana reflects how Law Enforcement, to the detriment of every American use the drug scheduling to increase their budgets... Keeping marijuana illegal as a Class 1 Drug with claims it has no known medical use, highly addictive and with a high probability of abuse is not in keeping with other drugs such as Alcohol, Tobacco or even Caffeine... Especially when the DEA is claiming and building a financial war chest saying we have a "Fentanyl Crisis" while they have classified Fentanyl as legal in all 50 States... As if Fentanyl is somehow safer than Marijuana??? If marijuana was more accessible it would decrease the demand for Opioids like Fentanyl, the need for Pain Management services, there would be less Alcohol use and less people smoking tobacco which points also to a lower Law Enforcement need for increasing budgets... Could this be the true motivation for the DEA's foot dragging on Marijuana reclassifications??? If so, our mistrust is being justified daily because the "War on Drugs" is truly being used as a war against civilization and has become a crime against humanity!!! No Offenses Intended ;-) just this ole' man's opines...
Exactly! People have every right to be outraged! My nephew was murdered with fentanyl. I use medical marijuana and have for years. Marijuana should be legal and grown worldwide. Beyond sickening our children are literally being killed with fentanyl! A lot of these kids have been abused and battle severe mental health issues and they get no help at all. If it wasn’t for marijuana I might not be here myself as I battled drug addiction myself when I was younger. People look down on drug addicts but majority got o drugs because of serious trauma! This world is a messed up backwards place!!!

The Trips I've been having really helped me a lot,I finally feel in control of my emotions and my future and things that used to be mundane to me now seem incredible and full of nuance on top of that I'm way less driven by my ego and I have alot more empathy as well
