depression and sertraline: being signed off, medication update and how i'm feeling 

I started filming this during my 2 weeks that i'd been signed off work by my doctor/mental health nurse. Taking some time out for myself did great things for my mind!
I also wanted to update on medication since I now have a higher dose of Sertraline.
