These judges have blatantly violated their oaths to the constitution and the law, they are an imminent threat to the constitution, democracy and public safety. You should focus on the citizens locked up in Fulton county jail who still haven't even got a trial for over 13 years. An a gag order should be illegal it goes against your constitutional rights.

Trump says he's "going to have to talk about a gag order" in the debate. That tells you he's not focused on the country and is not planning to discuss policies but his own legal problems. Three problems with that. 1)It's false. Courts have already ruled that declassification of any documents must involve the heads of the agency where the document originated. 2. It doesn't matter if documents were declassified. Trump still wasnt supposed to have them after leaving office. 3. Most importantly, Trump didnt say he declassified everything until after he got busted at Mar a Lardo. That was in August 2022. In July 2021 at Bedminster he's recorded showing a document he describes as classified to a group of people without security clearance, and says "I should have declassified it when I was president but now I can't." So he admits in 2021 he didn't declassify everything.

The only way Cannon can stay on this case is to not issue any rulings. The next time she coddles Drumpf, it will immediately go to the 11th circuit on appeal where Cannon will likely get tossed out.

I read some criticism on this topic but I also stand behind Merchan. I think he was more than fair and extremely provoked and checked himself with the advisory board. He believes in the system even to check himself. More we learned about this man and his work to help recovering addicts to get on path is another plus.

Now that we see what a federal judge can actually do if they are biased, it's time to close these loopholes with federal legislation. Giving prosecutors the ability to appeal, even when it is not a written order and set precedent using Aileen Cannon as the example. This would greatly diminish a federal judges ability to purposely or gratuitously delay a federal trial, by purposely not issuing a written order. This is the strategy Aileen Cannon has been using all throughout this process as a means of delay. It's time to permanently take that option away.
