I thought that pushing and punching were 2 different things when it comes to assault and aggravation bc the one who punches first can be charged the rest is self defense? But what do I know
It is not called aggravated assault to push someone. It is just assault. Both should be charged with reckless driving. And the one who threw the punch aggravated assault. The one who pushed would just be a free case of step out of my face. or charged with simple assault.
Awsome that the cops appeared to set a perimeter and found the white car...that was good teamwork!.... If you got Buggs to go to where polecat was stopped to I.D. him....you'd be solid to arrest him if no cops can I.D. him. But a witness or victim "in field I.D." makes you more solid. plus there were felonies committed...without the I.D. from buggs you let a felon go on his way...
They said you committed aggrevated assault? It looked more like simple assault and aggrevated menacing to me, along some minor misdemeanor traffic violations.
