Multnomah County Sheriff's deputies learn pursuit driving skills at a closed track in Portland, Oregon. During the Emergency Vehicle Operations Course, or EVOC, deputies get to practice speed, maneuvering and special techniques to simulate responding to emergency calls and immobilizing dangerous vehicles. Deputies are required to take the EVOC training every two years.

Is this at PIR? I used to live close to that, and I would hear the activity.

Just wondering if you can get a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt on a closed track 😉. I'm assuming no. Stay safe out there!

Those americans.. pursuits are fun.. you get to PIT those suspects at 90 mph for theft of a can of Red bull from 7-11. Dam paperwork for those coroners reports.
