He makes sense. Ireland has different climatic conditions to continental climate type in central Europe. Different rock soils do make differences in ability of soils to percolate water

Who is governing Ireland? You can't run environmental improvement programmes from inaccessible models in the EU. It is serious gobbledegook. This farmer knows what he is talking about. Ireland must run it's own programmes without EU models and under EU law.

I'd say they dread being questioned by Michael. Not a straight answer from any of them. Not an ounce of practical experience between the whole lot of them. All on big salaries. Makes me furious. Irish Water are a farcical outfit too.

These guys are a disgrace. Getting a €100,000- €150,000 a year and they reply don't have details to hand. Problem is not farmers.

As long as the lakes level are so high water will be hard to get right because of flooding and when it goes back it brings everything back in to the rivers and lakes

Do farmers ever stop complaining. Farmers tell us they have been making no money for as long as i can remember yet i can count on one hand how many have gone out of busienss

If not for our Wonderful Irish Farmers you would be crying with hunger.they need more money and help its a hard hard life this Goverment has deserted the Farming communities from an urban person I thank all irish Farmers
