Derek Hough and Haley Erbert are not engaged, yet! The 36-year-old dancing pro is still reminiscing about his recent “magical” trip to Africa with his girlfriend Haley and admitted to Access Hollywood that it would have been a good time to propose. “I’m not gonna lie, yeah it would have been a good time to do that I suppose,” Derek said. The choreographer is a busy man these days! He is returning as a judge for season 30 of “Dancing with the Stars” and revealed he would love to see Charli or Dixie D'Amelio compete on the show! Derek also dished on heading to Las Vegas for his new show “No Limit.” Derek says his show will have “every genre of dance you can possibly think of!” “No Limit” debuts Sept. 22 at the Summit Showroom at The Venetian. @@shakethatnose her pressuring him or asking wont get the ring any faster. I personally wouldn't be with a man for 6 years and he not purpose. She stays for the fame, money, attention, and lifestyle. Derek Hough is well known. If she wants to be married that bad, she needs to find someone who will. Obviously there is a reason he hasn't popped the question

@@shakethatnose lol no she has never said she is desperately waiting to be married. Some RU-vid videos they have done together they both have hinted they are ready for it . He took her ring shopping he himself says he wants to be married and have kids and she is the one. it's ther life and their journey they will get there when they get there. They are happy where they are and like you can hear above he is definitely pro engagement. if a ring defines their relationship then they are headed to a failed marriage !!

In a survey conducted by a man the men where asked when do they know the woman is the one and most men knew IMMEDIATELY! I have seen women wait for many years waiting to get proposed to and never wind up making it down the aisle and they wasted their 20’s and 30’s on a man who did not choose to make them their wife. They end up leaving that woman and getting into another relationship and marrying that person quickly so why was he not upfront with the ex if he didn’t want to make her his wife. Now she has years she can’t get back! If Derrick girlfriend is okay with just being the girlfriend then then that is her choice but I wouldn’t want to see my daughter in a relationship with a man playing his wife without actually being the wife on paper. My generation was not raised that way and this generation is raised to have kids, live together and not be married. But if a man really wants you he will take you off the market bc he knows it doesn’t get better than this one!

I totally agree with that. John cena dated nikki bella 6 years saying he didn't want marriage and babies. They broke up and he married a woman a year later and is now open to babies. Diddy led Cassie on she left got married and had babies. I will not let my daughter stay with a man that long without some commitment

I am so sick of all these engagement/marriage comments both in the video and in the comments. They both seem perfectly happy with each other. Did anyone ever think she's the 1 not ready to get married? Of course for years everyone questioned Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell. Still together and still extraordinarily happy. This is their business not ours!

Thank you! I've been with my boyfriend for 7.5yrs. We've been happy and committed since our 1st date. We're both successful in our careers and were never ready to rush into marriage. It'll happen when it's suppose to.

I'm at the point where I think Hayley should move on. It reminds me of P. DIDDY and Cassie. He was never gonna marry her and strung her along. She left him, got married and had a couple of kids. 7 years is enough time to know if you wanna marry someone.

.And again, why is everyone SO certain Derek is the one who is dragging his heels? They have been together long enough that they surely discussed it. They both seem totally content. So why should two happy people split up? Because they aren't committing in a time frame some "fans" feel is appropriate for them? They made it through living together during Covid and came out stronger. That alone should tell us they are in a good, solid place. Let's just let THEM work the rest out, without the endless unnecessary pressure. JMHO!

@@ellenw391 I just heard a minister preach on judging He said christians job is to inform all of the ten commandments to be followed by God put them up on a wall recite them continually to your children and it is not considered the judging you are speaking of

@@terrybuckalew6874 Funny, just replied to you and referenced that Bible passage, not realizing it was you. I don't care what one preacher interpreted. Who is he to decide what G-d meant? The Ten Commandments give US instructions to follow. And seems quite clear that it was then made crystal clear to us that it is not our right to judge others...just to take care of our own individual choices. There is a difference. And there are multiple passages in both the old and new Testaments that speak directly to justice/judging being the right of ONLY G-d, not man!

@@terrybuckalew6874 PS I have less than no problem with teaching your children the Ten Commandments, and the fact they should follow them, and do their best to live a righteous life. It's the telling OTHER'S how they should live, and judging their choices, that I feel is out of line.
