How did you get your rear wheels to fit in the wheel well perfectly like that?

Gorgeous car, picture perfect stance, shaved beautifully, I would have kept the Golf Ball shift knob, but that's just my nostalgic preference And for the rear euro plate, does that mean "baby NUGaro" or "baby NUGgets(cannabis)" lol.
