I have discoid lupus, but have never had ingrown hairs. Did you say this could happen? I have lots of spots on my arms when I first broke out. I never had many scabs, but these spots are brown now.

Hey Doc, I just discovered your channel and am now in love - my new fav! Two questions for you: 1) Do you find on your channel that women or men are more regular viewers (if it's even indeed included in your RU-vid channel stats)? In my experperience (i.e. chats with friends, etc.), it tends to be women who are more satisfied by "skin extractions". 2) More importantly (for me at least), what is the best pore shrinking/minimizing product you would recommend for combination skin? To give you a bit of background, I naturally have very large/wide pores on my nose, chin, and the cheek area around my nose. The biggest issue with this, for me, is that I also have Tourette Syndrome + Tourettic OCD - which ends up resulting in me manually squeezing any pore that looks like it might produce something good, or anything really, any time I happen to be in front of a mirror. Obviously, this just makes it worse and causes scarring but I physically can't stop myself or else it is all I can think about all day - that my face is "dirty" - to the exclusion of everything else. 3) I already use Bio-Oil to help reduce the scarring - apparently this is the best product for that purpose which I can purchase at my local Shopper's Drug Mart (largest drug store chain in Canada, think Walgreen's or CVS). Is there a product that I should be using instead, to help mitigate the scarring? Sorry for the TLDR post, Texadian

Blackhead removal and similar stuff are super satisfying but so is powerwashing something really filthy and seeing a bright color underneath!

FYI - Podiatrists don't trim toenails anymore. They give you a list of places for you to go. Of course, if you're like me & have cellulitis, those "salons" won't trim your toenails either. Then the search continues, until you find a senior center where they have a nurse who comes by to trim toenails for $50.00. Yep, if you want your toenails trimmed 4 time a year that is $200 on a retirees pension - NOT!

This video is done in America. The ones that come out of Vietnam or Thailand or China or South Korea. The people in this counties dont have the money. It probably took a month pay to afford going to that spa. The people that work at thiese spas arent dermatologist. Just everyday people doing a job.
