My hairloss has much improved since I am eating lots of Greek yoghurt (Fage). I defrost strawberries, put a bit of Stevia and this is a really good sweet treat. It is quite hard to eat the required amount of protein daily for your weight if you are not a big meat and fish eater.

I also eat Greek yogurt with strawberries, but I add a little granola to mine as well. Excellent source of non meat protein!

You need to find a natural way to increase ATP synthesis. You need oxygen from outside to feed your lungs, sunshine for vitamin D, lower your gut ph by eating meat and other animal products to reverse leaky gut, drink plenty of spring water. Increase your red blood cells

People bring up biotin but some are allergic to biotin.

Biotin should be the least of your worries when it comes to hair loss. Iron, vitamin D, b12 omega 3 are far beyond more important than biotin.
